Full time Lower Key Stage Two Leader with teaching responsibility.

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, dedicated, inspirational, outstanding teacher, with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, to lead Lower Key Stage Two.

Applicants should have experience of teaching in KS2 and an excellent knowledge across the key stage; be an outstanding teacher, have high expectations, and a proven record of achieving above average progress with the pupils they teach.

The school will provide opportunities to develop leadership and management skills through professional development.

The Inspire Federation recognise the importance of family and are committed to ensuring staff are given time to share special occasions.

Staff with children under school age will be given the day off to spend their child’s birthday with them. When your child reaches school age, staff will be given time to attend school events e.g. sports day, nativities, church services.

If you wish for your child to attend xxx (only for Seal and Maypole Lorraine please say nursery or the school) you will be given a free breakfast club place and 20% discount on nursery or after school club fees.

Teachers are given two release days a term to complete medium term planning for the following term to reduce the amount of work they need to do in the school holidays, as this needs to be spent recuperating and reenergising.
