The position of School Games Organiser is funded by and in partnership with the Youth Sport Trust.

 

Ebbsfleet Academy are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic School Games Organiser to support the progression and development of physical education and school sport within the academy. The successful candidate will support in the delivery of the school sport partnership PE programme, develop an extensive school sport offer and assist in the facilitation of events, festivals and community-driven projects to raise standards and enhance the school’s physical activity opportunities.

​​​​​​​This opportunity offers an actual salary of £11,969 per annum (£20,595 full-time equivalent) working 25 hours per week, term time + 1 week of inset. The basis of this role will be fixed-term initially for up to 1 year with the intention to review this regularly. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Information about the school

Being part of Leigh Academies Trust: As of 1st September 2022, our Trust comprises 30 geographically organised academies (14 secondaries, 14 primaries and 2 special) educating 20,000 students, and employing 3,000 talented staff. The Trust is establishing four ‘clusters’ of academies: North Kent; Central Kent; South East London; Medway.
