AL Teaching Assistant who will work primarily with students whom have English as an additional language. You will need to have the ability and confidence to motivate and inspire young people to fulfil their potential, whilst demonstrating empathy and an understanding of their needs.

As well as working with students in the classroom learning environments, you will also be required to carry out one to one work with students, across all Key Stages and curriculum areas. This will be a rewarding post within an extremely supportive working environment. Being at least bi-lingual is essential and the post would suit somebody who possesses previous experience of working in a school or working with young adults. A TEFL qualification would be desirable.

The position is 37 hours per week (Mon-Thur 08:00 – 16:00pm, Fri 08:00 – 15:30pm), term time only, on a permanent basis.
