Bourne Alliance Multi Academy Trust is looking to appoint an enthusiastic teaching assistant to join a large and dynamic team at Grove Park Primary School.

 

Our Trust consists of four schools Aspire School, Bobbing Village School, Grove Park Primary School and Iwade School.

If you are experienced, enthusiastic and adaptable and able to bring out and nurture the best potential in our pupils aged 4-11, you may be our ideal candidate.

 The hours of duty are from 8.40-3.25, Monday to Friday, term time only - a total of 28.75 hours per week. This post is  38 weeks per year plus 2 days. The annual salary is Kent Range 3 £12,865 ( full time equivalent £19,293).

 This role will involve you to work with the whole class, groups of pupils or support children on 1:1 basis and deliver intervention programs.

 You will be our desirable candidate if:

  • You have experience of working with children (ideally in a school setting) and have an understanding of children’s development;
  • You have maths and English GCSEs A*-C;
  • You are proactive and be flexible;
  • You are team player who is also committed to the wider life of the school;
  • You are a clear communicator with adults and children;
  • You are a positive role model to all.
