We wish to appoint an excellent KS2 Class Teacher. We are looking for a creative, aspirational and dynamic teacher, who has the passion and drive to ensure that the children in our trust receive the very best education through an exciting, stimulating and vibrant curriculum and environment, coupled with a determination to improve outcomes, opportunities and enjoyment for children, enabling us all to achieve together.

The successful applicant will be committed to work with the pupils, the wider school community and our staff team to ensure all children learn as well as they can.

The ideal candidate should:

  • Share the trust values, and the values of the schools, and be prepared to put the children at the heart of everything
  • Have good communication skills, high expectations and be a skilful and adventurous classroom practitioner
  • Be self-reflective, keen to continually learn and develop their teaching
  • Have energy and the determination to make a difference
  • Demonstrate responsibility for raising standards and achievement within their class, and demonstrate an excellent understanding of how pupils learn
  • Be collaborative and open-minded, willing to both share and try new ideas 
  • Have a good sense of humour
