Our highly robust and consistent behavioural systems, modelled by all middle and senior leaders, allow all teachers to feel supported and foster a culture within which teachers are enabled to focus on delivering high quality digital learning experiences as part of our IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) Curriculum, as opposed to managing behaviours. The MYP curriculum is delivered to years 7-9 and provides a framework within which all our students can flourish, becoming inquiring, compassionate and culturally aware young adults.
