Receptionist / Administrative Assistant Kent Range 3

23.5 hours as follows: -

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday – 12:30 to 4:00pm

Wednesday and Friday – 8:30 to 12:00 and 1:00 to 4:00pm

Salary £10840 for 23.5 hours working term time of 39 weeks plus 1 further week   (FTE £19293)

We are looking to employ an enthusiastic, motivated person to join our small, friendly office team.

You will be the first point of contact for our parents, pupils and visitors. We would like you to be well presented and offer a friendly, professional and confidential welcome while carrying out a range of office duties.

You need to have a good knowledge of Word and Excel, be able to assist with our marketing through keeping our website and media platforms up to date.   You will need to be able to prioritise your workload, work well under pressure and be a good team player with a sense of humour.
