We are seeking to appoint an additional Learning Support Assistant to join our very successful Special Educational Needs Department that offers additional support to students across the whole curriculum. Relevant qualifications, whilst desirable, are not essential.  This is a part time, permanent position, 28 hours per week, term time only + 2 days.  Salary will be within the HBHS Pay Scheme Band 3, £20,350 to £20,442 pro rata, actual salary approx. £12,900.

Herne Bay High School is a large hugely successful Single Academy Trust that serves the Herne Bay coastal area of North Kent. We have a comprehensive intake and are significantly oversubscribed in all year groups and in June 2022 Ofsted rated the school good with an Outstanding 6th form provision.
