Are you an experienced leader looking for an exciting opportunity and a new challenge? We are seeking to appoint a Deputy Headteacher at our new school based at St Clement's site from 1st April 2023.  

The Governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and inspirational Deputy Headteacher, who can support the Headteacher in the strategic leadership and management of the school. 

Our ideal candidate will have whole school leadership experience and be committed to ongoing personal professional development. They will have energy and drive, seeking to achieve the highest expectations to raise standards.  They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build positive relationships with families and the wider community. 

The successful candidate will be expected to lead by example, working with the Headteacher to strategically plan an exciting and engaging curriculum, ongoing staff CPD and continually improved outcomes for all pupils.
