New Line Learning Academy are seeking to employ a dynamic and creative Teaching Assistant to support pupils in Mathematics. The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting students within small groups. This post is ideal for candidates with a passion for math's. As a teaching assistant in the Math's department, you will have the opportunity to develop in subject knowledge and career opportunities. Many staff members who begin as teaching assistants at NLL are now working as teachers. We are looking for someone who is motivated, passionate and inspirational.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have recent experience of working with children of relevant age.
  • Have previous experience of working within a supported learning environment.
  • Be able to use their own initiative, work independently and in an orderly manner.
  • motivate and inspire others with a creative approach to problem solving.
  • Be able to work in a large team, think on their feet and be adaptive.

This role is on a permanent basis, for 37 hours per week, five days per week, term-time only. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic,
fun, and highly supportive group of dedicated people.
