REPROGRAPHICS CLERK

15 hours per week (term time only plus staff development days)

Kent Range 3: £6,757 - £6,817pa (pro rata to £19,293pa)

We are looking for a capable and proactive person to provide a comprehensive reprographics service to all areas of the school.

To work effectively in this key role, you will have excellent communication and organisation skills and be a competent IT user, be able to prioritise and have the ability to meet changing deadlines.  Applicants will be motivated, versatile and resourceful, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. The ability to thrive in a busy, sometimes unpredictable, school environment and to work well and remain calm under pressure are essential.

This is a job share role and the current working pattern is Monday-Wednesday, 5 hours each day.

Highworth Grammar School is an over-subscribed 11 – 18, selective Girls’ school of 1553 students with 461 students in the sixth form (100 boys).  We are situated in the South East of England, with excellent transport links to both the rest of Kent and London. 

The school was judged to be Outstanding in all areas in June 2013.  In 2019 our A Level results placed us in top 25% of schools nationally.
