Pastoral Support Manager 

We are looking for a dedicated and organised Pastoral Support Manager with strong interpersonal skills. This role will involve working with our parents and students to ensure they have the support to successfully progress to the next chapter of their lives. You will be part of a dynamic team and dealing with behaviour issues using  restorative approaches, supporting students emotional wellbeing, monitoring reporting procedures, reintegration meetings, attendance and lateness, identifying early signs of disengagement and contributing to specific interventions to encourage re-engagement with the curriculum and school life. This is a challenging role, whilst also being one of the most rewarding. 

The successful candidate would be responsible for the care and guidance of one year group of up to 165 students.

High levels of literacy, ICT and first aid competence are essential. Experience of child protection protocols would be an advantage. Please see job description for more information. 

8am to 4pm term time, plus additional hours to be negotiated. 

Salary KR5 £20,595.00 - £21,693.00 (Full time equivalent) depending on experience.
