Could you be our first Site and Premises Administrator? If so read on.

With an expanding school and a change to the structure of our Admin Team, we are seeking a Site and Premises Administrator to join our hard-working and fun-loving team in our successful and popular school, which is at the heart of an active rural community.

If you have:

  • The ability to use your initiative
  • A keen eye for detail
  • A can-do, flexible attitude
  • Practical DIY and maintenance skills
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A good command of both written and spoken English
  • Good organisational skills
  • Competency in using Word and Excel
  • Experience of (or a willingness to train) in H&S procedures

In return, you will join an enthusiastic and supportive staff team who are committed to ensuring that every child is nurtured and given the opportunity to flourish.

Above all, we are seeking a friendly individual to be responsibile for all record keeping relating to security, H&S, caretaking, cleaning and the general maintenance of the premises. The role is for 8 hours spread across 2 days each week, during term-time. However, it is essential that you are able to be flexible to fit in with site visits by contractors.

Outdoor learning is really important to us. We have supportive parents and an active PTFA and Governing Body. We maintain close links with the church and local community.
