Spring Grove School is seeking a highly motivated, proactive and flexible candidate to provide comprehensive HR, health & safety and compliance support to the Bursar. 

 

This is a key and varied role within our busy school admin team. You will have daily contact with parents and pupils, and work closely with the wider admin team in supporting all aspects of school life.  

 

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a similar role within a school environment
  • A good level of English and Maths (grade 4-9 (A*-C) GCSE) and attention to detail 
  • The ability to work with initiative, and with resilience under pressure
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • To recognise the need for confidentiality
  • To be committed to working as part of a team to support the vision and aims of Spring Grove School

 

The post is being offered on a part time (3 days), year round basis, with the potential to increase to 4 or 5 days, with additional responsibilities, later in 2023

Spring Grove School is an independent Nursery and day school that offers an outstanding all-round education and a fantastic start in life for children aged 2 to 11 years. Spring Grove is ideally located in an idyllic 14-acre rural setting just outside the village of Wye, and close to both Ashford and Canterbury.
