Staplehurst School is a large village primary school with lovely children and excellent facilities. We are currently seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team. So

The positions will be part time, 31.25 hours a week. HLTAs will be paid on Kent Range 5 or 6 depending on whether HLTA qualified. There may be an opportunity to train to teach via the apprenticeship route'.

Staplehurst School has just been rated as ‘Good’ by Ofsted. Our school is a two form entry community school, with approximately 400 pupils. Situated conveniently, between Maidstone and Cranbrook, in a beautiful rural part of Kent, the school, with its ‘outward-facing, best practice at heart’ culture, has achieved sustained academic improvement and continues to retain an excellent, enthusiastic team of staff.
