Nursery Assistant – Hilltop Primary Academy

NJC Grade D2 points 4-11 – £16,759 - £19,025 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week, 38 weeks per year (Term Time only)

Required from: Mid-December 2022

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the new nursery facility at Hilltop Primary Academy.  Opening in January 2023, we are looking to recruit a nursery assistant who will be an important part of our team helping to ensure the nursery is ready to welcome the new pupils in January.  You must be willing to work collaboratively within a small team, have great communication skills and able to work in partnership with parents.  Ideally you will have a minimum of Level 2 Early Years Childcare qualification and knowledge/understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage, however this is not essential as training can be given.  If you have the ability to create a happy and secure environment in which children can develop confidence and grow as individuals then please apply!

Hilltop is an oversubscribed two form entry school which has the benefit of a large playing field and a heated indoor swimming pool. The Academy is part of the Skills for Life Trust where there are two Secondary Schools and three Primary Schools.
