We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our fantastic support staff team for 25 hours per week.

The successful candidate will join our team of class based Teaching Assistants in our Reception team. There is a wealth of experience shared by exisiting staff in Reception and full training will be part of induction and on-going support. The role involves supporting whole class teaching, taking small groups and supporting and leading children's learning through play across the day. 

Experience of working with children is essential for this post.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working with primary aged children, ideally in a school setting
  • Is patient, kind and resilient 
  • Can demonstrate understanding of how to support children through play
  • Can work as part of a team and also from their own initiative
  • Can be flexible in response to the needs of children and the school
