The Governing Body, children, parents and staff of our thriving school are looking for a creative, energetic, enthusiastic and caring administrative manager to join our school. 

We are looking for an individual who can sell to us their expertise to run our school office to support our staff, children and families.  We seek a passionate individual who can demonstrate the love, care and support they feel they can offer our School Community in alignment with our school christian vision and values. 

This is a permanent position. Hours are 37.5/week over 39 weeks a year. This is a term time only contract. It includes five staff development days.

Information about the school

Hartlip Endowed Church of England Primary School is a small Voluntary Aided village school situated just off the A2 between Sittingbourne and Rainham. The school can accommodate 105 pupils on roll in four classes. Our popular primary school is set in attractive village surroundings and has a small close-knit and supportive staff team.

Inspired by our founder Mary Gibbon, we are a welcoming, nurturing community, providing the opportunity for each person to recognise and fulfil their God given gifts and abilities. Through a creative, inclusive curriculum, we inspire all to be lifelong learners, equipped with the skills needed to be thankful, generous members of society.

The School was judged as Good at the last Ofsted Inspection, April 2022 and received an Outstanding judgement in the Church School SIAMs inspection in February 2017.
