Spring Grove School is seeking a friendly, proactive and flexible candidate to provide receptionist support for the school. 

This is a key role within our busy school admin team - you will be the welcoming face/voice for visitors to the school, and as such will help to create a positive first impression. You will have daily contact with parents, and with pupils, and work closely with the wider admin team in supporting all aspects of school life.  

You will need excellent communication and organisation skills, a professional approach and a good sense of humour!

Requirements:

  • A good level of English and Maths (grade 4-9 (A*-C) GCSE) and attention to detail 
  • The ability to work with initiative, and with resilience under pressure
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • To recognise the need for confidentiality
  • To be committed to working as part of a team to support the vision and aims of Spring Grove School

The post is full time; core hours will be 8am–5.30pm Mon, Tues & Thurs, 8am–4.30pm Wed & Fri during term time, with reduced hours of 9am – 3pm in the holiday periods.

Spring Grove School is an independent Nursery and day school that offers an outstanding all-round education and a fantastic start in life for children aged 2 to 11 years.
