Maths Teacher required to teach maths in specifc year groups.

Fixed term contract

A wonderful opportunity to teach maths across our lovely school.  We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, innovative and highly motivated teacher with a strong knowledge of maths to work with our friendly staff and amazing children. Seabrook is a half form entry  school and want a teacher to  work in collaboration with the class teacher and take responsibility for teaching individual year groups of 15 pupils each day in KS1 and KS2  Seabrook is a happy and welcoming school, staff are well supported and feel part of our very special school family.

Seabrook CEP is federated with St Martin's CEP School and the staff work collaboratively across both schools, which makes this a very exciting and supportive environment.

Information about the school

Seabrook Church of England Primary School is situated in a coastal setting in Seabrook, Hythe and is adjacent to the Royal Military canal. Seabrook is an outstanding half form entry school and enjoys excellent links with the local church, St Martin's, and the surrounding community. There are approximately 106 children on role. The school has 4 mixed age classes, each with an average size of 30 children (15 in the reception class). Seabrook CEP School works closely with it's sister school St Martin's CEP School which it federated with in 2017. The schools share an Executive Headteacher and a leadership team that work across both sites. There are excellent working relationships across the federation which enable staff, children and families to work in partnership to support the education of the children.
