We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Governor to join our professional and dynamic Governing Body as soon as possible.

As a Governor at Liberty Training, you will support the development of the college in line with the college’s development plan, supporting and challenging leaders to deliver excellence of the children, families and staff.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who will inspire and motivate our learners, staff and families to deliver the best possible learning outcomes. No experience is needed as full induction and ongoing training will be provided but if you do have experience, even better. You will be required to attend six meetings per academic year, one per half term.

What can we offer you?

We can offer you a college and leadership team who advocate and understands the importance of staff wellbeing.

We had our Ofsted in June 2022 which judged us to be good, but we want to be excellent. If you feel you are the right candidate to help us on our journey, we would love to have you on our team!
