Are you a strong teacher looking to join a small, friendly, supportive team of caring professionals? Do you have a proven track record of supporting children of all abilities to achieve their goals? Perhaps you are a teacher at the beginning of your career who is looking to gain more experience before taking the next step? If so, we'd love to hear from you!

Horsmonden Primary Academy has a rare opportunity for a Class Teacher (Key Stage 2) to join our team from November 2022. In joining our vibrant and thriving school, you will contribute your energy and vision to drive the academy to achieve its full potential.

The successful applicant will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to make a full contribution to their Key Stage, curriculum development and staff teams. We will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to develop their career.

What we will expect of you: We will expect you to successfully plan and deliver outstanding lessons on a daily basis that significantly advance development. We anticipate that you will achieve this by being organised, caring and enthusiastic in everything you do. We want you to be passionate in your pursuit of progress for each and every one of your children so that they can achieve the progress they deserve and grow into young adults that will go on to be successful students at secondary school. Each and every member of staff, regardless of their position or seniority, is expected to participate in the overall running of the school and to act as a positive role model for our students.

You will also be expected to collaborate with your peers both within the academy and across the whole Trust. This is an important part of our vision as we know through experience that we perform better when we work together.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity offering Main Pay Scale, commensurate with experience. We strongly encourage interested candidates to visit the academy before submitting an application. A meeting with the Principal, Hayley Sharp, can also be arranged through contacting office@horsmondenprimaryacademy.org.uk.
