Maternity Cover - Full Time Teacher Required - Main Pay scale

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and inspirational to cover our year 4 class teacher whilst she takes maternity leave.   Our children are excited about learning and proud of the wonderful resources and environment we offer.  We are a friendly and supportive school who have high expectations of work and enjoyment of both children and staff. We are extremely proud of our learning environment and our positive relationships with parents.  We have enthusiastic and effective support staff and dedicated governors.

We offer a great CPD programme encouraging career progression, laptop and ipad to aid recording of pupil assessment, weekly planning opportunities in year groups in order to reduce teacher workload.  We have an excellent wellbeing package which all staff can access.  

We strive to ensure all of our teachers are able to teach an exciting, creative curriculum.

Shears Green Junior School is a popular over-subscribed four form entry school in Northfleet, Kent.  Transport links to M2/A2 are minutes away from the school.
