We are looking for a skilled, knowledgeable and dynamic person to join our top team!

The role will involve working in partnership with an excellent Early Years team to support, nurture and engage a young learner with additional needs.  

 

We are looking for a person with:

  • Experience of working with children, preferably including those with additional needs 
  • Passion and commitment to helping all children fulfil their full potential 
  • A kind, warm, nurturing and patient nature
  • Flexibility, initiative, time management and good communication 
  • Excellent team working ethic 
  • A growth mind-set and positive attitude 
  • Experience with delivering interventions on a 1:1 or small group basis
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade C or above

This post will be paid at KR3, term time only. The role will be for 17.5 hours a week initially, but it has the potential to be extended when further funding is received.

Working hours will be Monday- Friday, 8.45-12.15pm.
