Trinity School and College are looking to recruit an experienced Admin Assistant.  This is a varied and interesting role which comprises of a number of tasks supporting various departments across the school and college.

The salary range is £19,389 - £20,493 FTE.  This will be a full time/part time position (negotiable) term time only and the above salary will be pro-rata depending on hours.

The successful applicant will be hard working, efficient and a pro-active team player. You will be confident answering the phone and dealing with a range of enquiries, both internally and externally and be able to manage a range of administrative tasks. You will naturally be a warm and friendly person with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, pupils and parents/carers. Experience of educational administration would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will need to possess strong admin skills, along with a willingness to undertake any necessary training. This is a varied and busy role incorporating a range of tasks across Trinity School and College.
