At the Folkestone School for Girls, girls do not complete an excessive amount of qualifications. This allows them not only time to focus efforts on achieving the very best grades within these, but also time to participate in co-curricular activities and interests, both at school and at home. There is time to spend with friends and family and time, too, to just be a child.

We seek to appoint an enthusiastic, energetic, well qualified ICT specialist to join an effective department with a good track record of examination results at GCSE and Advanced Level. You must have the ability to engage, stretch and challenge students of all ages and abilities in this selective 11-18 grammar school. 

 

This post offers a tremendous opportunity for a committed and dynamic classroom practitioner to push forward the frontiers of ICT teaching and to share in the delivery of ICT across the community at this exciting and hard-working school. 

 

You will need great people skills, reserves of resilience and enthusiasm and a capacity for sustained hard work. Perhaps most importantly, you will be positive, optimistic and have a can-do attitude to anything that will benefit FSG Girls!
