About the role: Hartley Primary Academy are seeking a committed and reliable Family Liaison Officer/Attendance Officer to join their vibrant academy as soon as possible. This role will work in liaison with colleagues, parents/families and other agencies and is a key support role within the Academy. You will need to have had recent experience of working with children or families, have a calm persona, be an excellent communicator, have the ability to analyse information, develop strategies and have the ability to follow tasks through to conclusion.

Our successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining daily attendance across the academy using the Management Information System (MIS) and working with families to drive full attendance. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​Good IT skills are necessary and support, training and development will be provided. 

The basis of this position is part-time, 23 hours per week, Term Time + 1 week inset and offers an actual salary of £11,115 per annum (£20,789 full time equivalent). Please be aware that shortlisted candidates will be invited to interview on Thursday 13th October.
