We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working and reliable 1:1 Teaching Assistant who has a passion for children to join our friendly, caring and dedicated team. You will need to be able to use your initiative, prepare resources and follow the careful planning given to you by the Class Teacher, Inclusion Lead or Lead professionals. The role is linked to specific funding which supports a funny, loving and engaging child in Year 2.  (The term is currently fixed until 31st August 2023).

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • an ability to work within a team with patience, humour, initiative and flexibility
  • computer and technology competence
  • a calm and caring approach
  • a drive to learn new skills and relentlessly support the changing needs of their pupil
  • good basic skills in English and Mathematics
  • a willingness to uphold the Christian ethos of the school
