The Island Learning Trust are looking for 2 Cleaners to work at Sunny Bank Primary School with an immediate start. These positions are for 13.75 hours per week, all year round. The hours are Mon-Fri 3.15pm - 6.00pm. Actual salary is £6,325 pa gross.

We are looking for capable, pro-active and hard working Cleaners, preferably with experience but training will be given. Your duties will include:

  • Undertake cleaning of allocated areas in line with specified standards and as directed
  • Operate / use domestic and industrial cleaning equipment and materials, following appropriate training
  • Store allocated equipment and materials safely and securely
  • Perform duties in line with health and safety regulations (COSHH) and take action where hazards are identified / report serious hazards to line manager immediately

These two founding schools are both Ofsted rated good schools. The outcomes at Minster Primary are outstanding. Sunny Bank Primary School in Sittingbourne joined TILT in February 2020 under a sponsorship arrangement and significant all round improvement has been made with the support of the MAT.
