About this Role

At Downsview Community Primary School, we are seeking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to join our friendly and welcoming team

The vacancy for 15 hours per week on Monday & Friday between 8:00 am until 4:00 pm. The position is term time only (38 weeks).

Salary: KR3 £7,235 (£19,293 FTE)

We are looking to appoint someone who:

  • works well with others and who can bring a positive outlook to this forward facing role;
  • has previous experience of working within a school or customer service environment;
  • can demonstrate excellent organisational skills, typing skills, knowledge of relevant computer software;
  • has a good level of education with a strong understanding of English and Maths.

A First Aid qualification, or a willingness to complete first aid training would be desirable.

Downsview Community Primary School is an open, inclusive and welcoming school set in a semi-rural location in Swanley. We are a one form entry school with classes from Reception to Year 6. We are fortunate to be set in extensive grounds with lots of opportunities for outdoor learning and recreation.
