A Fundraiser is required at this very special school. We are looking for a Fundraiser to work Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.00pm, term time only. Salary from KR6 to KR7, depending on experience, plus a Five Acre Wood Allowance.

Job Purpose:

To work collaboratively and cooperatively as a member of the fundraising team to achieve Five Acre Wood’s strategic goals and to raise the profile of Five Acre Wood School. The Fundraising team will work closely with the Strategic Business Lead to grow and sustain a range of fundraising initiatives.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Meet current fundraising targets, to be agreed with the Strategic Business Lead
  • To keep up to date with special needs requirements and new resources
  • To research equipment identified for fundraising campaigns
  • To create and maintain a database of donors
  • To produce and put together presentations for bids

Five Acre Wood is a successful outward looking and expanding Special School based over 4 sites in and around Maidstone, Kent. We are one of the largest special schools in the country with over 800 pupils on roll aged 2-19 years with profound, severe and complex needs.
