Friendly, supportive working environment with a real sense of family. Professionally supportive structure which gives a sense of value and purpose to every member of staff whatever their role, enabling meaningful continual professional development. Students who value a top-class education and are engaged and interested in lessons, wrapped around by a parent and wider community group who appreciate the efforts of their staff. In a national Education Picture where teachers often feel as if they are painting walls, a chance to create an educational work of art where there is time, space and opportunity to work on the fine detail.

Focus Learning Trust was established as a registered charity in 2003 for the advancement of education, primarily providing leadership and support to its network of 23 UK, non-selective, independent schools which are registered as schools with a religious character, following the national curriculum.
