Frittenden Preschool is looking to recruit a Deputy Manager/ Supervisor for 33 Hours a week to join our lovely Pre-School. We are looking to appoint someone to start the role in September or as soon as possible.

This is a great opportunity for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to take on the role of Deputy Manager/ Supervisor. The position could suit someone who would be new to a senior role or some who has experience currently as a Deputy Manager/ Supervisor. We have a dedicated and enthusiastic manager, who will support you, as well as a strong and experienced staff team.  

We are based in the village of Frittenden, on the site of the village primary school, and are set in beautiful Kent countryside.  We are a small term-time setting, providing high quality learning experiences for up to 14 children per session, aged 2 to 5 years.

We are looking for a Deputy Manager/ Supervisor who is passionate, supportive, hard- working and able to work alongside our manager to progress our preschool forward. You should love working with young children in the Early Years setting and be passionate about children’s learning.

Frittenden Preschool is a small rural pre-school, set in the beautiful Kent Countryside. We are a charity and are run by a committee of parents who volunteer to support pre-school staff. We are situated in pupose build room attached to the main Primary School. We offer high quality early learning experiences for 2-5 Year olds. We work together with parents to support children through their early years. We provide a nurturing and play based environment to extend their emotional, social, academic and physical skills and abilities. Our goal is to inspire curiosity, independece and create a life long love of learning.
