PA To Primary Assistant Headteacher/SENCO

REQUIRED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Monday – Friday, 9.00 am – 5.00pm (4.30pm on Fridays) 30 minute unpaid lunch break

37 hours per week, Term Time Only plus 5 days

We are seeking to recruit to our Primary administration team and are looking for someone who has experience, expertise and knowledge to act at a personal assistant to the Assistant Headteacher who has responsibiility for SEND at the school.

In this role you will require:

Experience of using Microsoft Office
Experience in an administration role
An ability to be flexible and adaptable
Have experience of working with a range of individuals, including external agencies, parents, stafff and pupils
To be part of the safeguarding team
A sence of humour

To be successful in this role you will have:

Experience of working in an administrative setting
Experience of taking minutes, shorthand would be an advantage
An ability to organise and manage diaries
Experience of SEND would be advantagous but not a necessity
Grade 4 (or equivalent) or above in English and and Maths
To be able to maintain strict confidentiality within the school
Knowledge of SIMS would be advantagous
