PA To Primary Assistant Headteacher/SENCO

REQUIRED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Monday – Friday, 9.00 am – 5.00pm (4.30pm on Fridays) 30 minute unpaid lunch break

37 hours per week, Term Time Only plus 5 days

We are seeking to recruit to our Primary administration team and are looking for someone who has experience, expertise and knowledge to act at a personal assistant to the Assistant Headteacher who has responsibiility for SEND at the school.

In this role you will require:

  • Experience of using Microsoft Office
  • Experience in an administration role
  • An ability to be flexible and adaptable
  • Have experience of working with a range of individuals, including external agencies, parents, stafff and pupils
  • To be part of the safeguarding team
  • A sence of humour

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience of working in an administrative setting
  • Experience of taking minutes, shorthand would be an advantage
  • An ability to organise and manage diaries
  • Experience of SEND would be advantagous but not a necessity
  • Grade 4 (or equivalent) or above in English and and Maths
  • To be able to maintain strict confidentiality within the school
  • Knowledge of SIMS would be advantagous
