East Farleigh has an exciting opportunity for a skilled, highly motivated and dependable Site Manager / Senior Caretaker to join our friendly staff and help us realise our vision for the whole school community.

Under the direction of the Headteacher, our new Site Manager will be responsible for duties including managing all health and safety aspects for the site, general maintenance of the building and grounds, project management of specific work involving liaising with contractors, general security and duties of this kind associated with the support of the premises and some cleaning. There may occasionally be some unsocial hours due to you being the primary key holder for the site. For a more comprehensive list of duties, please refer to the attached job description.

Previous experience of premises / general maintenance is preferred, but you must be physically fit and take pride working as part of a team in a school setting. Our new Site Manager will continue to be a central part of our team and active school community, ensuring that our school is maintained to the highest standard to ensure that all our children have the best learning environment both indoors and out. If you think you could be the person for the job, please get in touch as we would love to meet you!

Further details about the role can be found on the attached job description.

This is a permenant, part time position (27.5hrs paid at Kent Range 6 pro-rata) with flexible working hours which will be discussed and agreed as part of the interview process.
