Information about the school

We are a growing, yet still small, friendly, village primary school with 135 children taught in 6 classes. Our rural location just off the A28 between Ashford and Tenterden means we serve families from the village and the wider area. We have received a good grading in our most recent Ofsted inspection (January 2018).

Our large site has extensive grounds, which includes a gardening area and large playing field. We also have an 'Outdoor Learning Area' up and running which includes a large pond, fire pit, orchard and many other learning resources.

We have a friendly, dedicated staff who work seamlessly together as a team, ensuring every child reaches their own personal excellence through a focus on quality first teaching and pastoral support.
