We are looking to appoint a highly reliable, efficient and adaptable Trust Cover Coordinator and HR Assistant. The role will be to coordinate cover for all schools across the Trust, ensuring continuity in teaching and learning and supporting the delivery of learning experiences. 

The successful candidate will:-

  • Have organisational and planning skills to manage time and meet deadlines and objectives;
  • Be able to work under pressure calmly and methodically
  • Have a professional and sensitive approach
  • Have experience of working in an educational environment with children or young people is an advantage
  • Have the ability to have a hands-on and problem solving approach.
  • Have excellent IT skills
  • Have a minimum GCSE English and Maths, grade C or equivalent;
  • Have high standards of communication (written, face to face, telephone)
  • Be computer literate and proficient in use of a variety of software packages;
  • Enjoy working as a team
