Temple Hill Primary Academy are looking to recruit a Caretaker.  The post will be for 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, working 10.30am to 6.30pm each day (flexibility is needed to cover the early shift throughout school holidays).  

The purpose of this role is to support the Site Manager and Leadership Team by carrying out a range of caretaking duties including security and supervision of the site and related equipment, and other caretaking duties including porterage, cleaning and maintenance. 

You will be paid Kent Range 5, £20,595 to £21,693 (depending on experience), based on 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.  You will receive 26 days annual leave entitlement plus bank holidays.  

We have 900 pupils from Nursery to Year 6 with a Specialist Resource Provision for children with Speech & Language needs (SLCN). We offer a short-term Nurture placement for children with Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties. 29% of children have special needs and 40% of children receive Pupil Premium funding. We pride ourselves on the high-quality provision we offer to all children especially those in vulnerable groups.
