We are looking for a Famly Liaison Officer to work full-time in our school. We are looking for people who are enthusiastic, positive and keen to make a real differences to children's learning and well-being.

The successful candidate will be part of an excellent and talented team and will also benefit from being part of our friendly and happy school.

The Family Liaison Officer will provide an intensive support service to pupils and/or their parents, identified by the school for additional support.’ The post holder will provide a link between home and school to help resolve difficulties at an early stage.

 

We are looking for a candidate who can:

  • build positive partnerships between school/s and parents in order to improve attendance and behaviour and support children's development and learning
  • identify and tackle difficulties at an early stage and link families to more specialised help and support when necessary
  • support the leadership of the school with all areas relating to Safeguarding
  • organise and run groups as deemed necessary to support families and achieve the objectives of the project, such as parenting, self-esteem and coffee mornings
