Green Park CPS are looking to employ an Admin Assistant for September 2022.

The role is for 35 hours per week, with the possibility of working additional hours if needed.

The role will include, being the first point of contact for parents and visitors, maintaining pupil records on the SIMS database, knowledge of this would be useful but training would be provided.

To use the Parent Mail system to notify parents of clubs and cancellations, school closures etc.

To co-ordinate school trips and the collections of money.

Providing refreshments for meetings as required.

To undertake a diverse range of Secretarial duties that may be required by the Senior Leadership team.

Experience would be useful, but apprentiships would be considered.
