Folkestone Academy is looking to appoint a Student Services Officer to work as part of the Student Services provision. Please see the job description for the details of the role.

The successful candidate will:

  • Enjoy completing their work in a professional and positive manner, relish solving problems and take pride in helping people
  • Have strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with students, colleagues and stakeholders
  • Demonstrate honesty and integrity
  • Be highly motivated and have a flexible approach towards work and working hours
  • Have knowledge of, and experience of working with, external agencies
  • Be adaptable, with the ability and willingness to work as part of the wider administration team
  • Contribute towards the Academy's and Trust's vision and ethos
