Valley Invicta Academies Trust requires an experienced HLTA to join our team within at our primary school at Kings Hill.

This is a permanent postion for 2 to 3 days a week, 15 hours per week, for 38 weeks per year but there may be the opportunity for this post to be full time with other roles within the school.   

You will work closely with the teacher and wider school team to support children on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis.  The ideal candidate will be hard-working, flexible and adaptable, and will have a calm and positive approach to working with children.

Our school is excited to be able to appoint a new member to our team who has qualifications, skills, and ambition to work flexibly across the school with our mainstream pupils and those in our Speialist Resource Provision.

This person will work alongside the SLT, SENCo and other teachers to lead quality learning, supporting the creative delivery of the curriculum in ways to build confidence in personal development and full access to a broad and rich learning experiences.

Having a good knowledge of SEND, IT programmes and creativity to deliver personalised resources and promote independence is necessary.
