Teaching Assistant

Kent Range 3 £19,293 per annum (pro rata: £14,203 per annum)

Hours: 32.5 hours per week, term time only

Location: Chantry Community Academy, Gravesend

Chantry Community Academy are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced teaching assistant to join our established team providing support to pupils with additional needs.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will follow a programme of study clearly defined by the SENCO and work alongside teaching and other appropriate staff dependent on the nature of the particular needs of the pupils, this will include supporting in class / supporting groups.  The ability to support children on a 1:1 basis would be an advantage.
