We are seeking to appoint a friendly, experienced, highly organised and skilled individual to join our busy office team.  The post holder will be a responsible and efficient professional who must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both adults and children.

The successful candidate will be computer literate with competent typing skills and other office administration.  The candidate will have good initiative, the ability to keep calm under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.   Previous school office experience and knowledge of SIMS is desirable, but not essential.

A reliable, flexible nature and attention to detail is most important, and a professional attitude is essential. Predominantly you will be 'front of house' answering the phone, emails, as well as administrative tasks and supporting the office team. Interacting with parents and carers, as well as visitors will be part of the role, so a calm and professional manner is essential.

Basic hours for this permanent position will be for 19.5 hours per week - 8.30am to 3.30pm, Wednesday to Friday, term-time only (& INSET days).

Kingswood Primary School is situated in beautiful wooded grounds in the village of Kingswood. There are currently 133 pupils on roll who are all making excellent progress. The pupils are organised into mixed year group classes. We provide for the individual needs of the children in our care and expect high standards of achievement from all.
