Pay Scale:  KR8 (£26,205 - £29,885)

Working Pattern:  Term Time + 2 weeks (total 40 weeks)

We are seeking an inspiring individual who can help enable student with special education needs or disability to reach the same outstanding level of achievement as other students, facilitating them in becoming independent learners participating fully in the life of the school. This role requires a creative individual to implement learning strategies for identified students, and support lessons where required. This position will also include managing a group of Teaching Assistants and playing an active part in organising the core function of the department.
