Advert

At Seal CE Primary School we have our own maintained nursery that accepts children from the age of two. Our Nursery Teacher is due to go on adoption leave and we have an exciting opportunity for the right person.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and courageous fully qualified teacher that shares our ethos of holistic education and has the ability to create the very best experiences for children.

At Seal we believe in contextualised learning and provide children with 'real life' experiences that engage and inspire. The right candidate will be  implementing and embedding this within the Nursery.

The Nursery will build the foundations providing the best start to the children's education through play and exploration with a balanced approach to more formal learning. This will provide the best transition from Nursery to Early Years Foundation Stage.

What will we offer the successful candidate?

  • Supportive staff team
  • supportive leadership that cares and actually listens
  • Innovative and engaging curriculum
  • Opportunities for self development
  • Weekly staff development
  • Two forest school sites
  • Community farm on site (offering farm education and daily access to the animals)
  • Great staff social events

If these are things you look for in a school, then come and have a look around.
