We are looking for an administration officer to join our support team from September 2022  32.50 hours per week plus staff development days. Hours of work will be 8.30 - 3.30pm  There may be the possibility of additional hours to meet school requirements. Knowledge of school procedures and SIMS is essential

Excellent ICT, communication and interpersonal skills as well as attention to detail and accuracy are essential along with an understanding of the need to be confidential.

Information about the school

Shears Green Infant School is part of the Hornchurch Academy Trust which is a family of six schools based in both the London Borough of Havering and Kent.

It is a large Infant school in Northfleet just off of the A2. We have lovely outdoor learning areas including our Reception outside learning area, Year 1 outside learning area and large forest school area.

As a feeder school to Shears Green Junior School, strong relationships and transition arrangements ensure children are able to successfully move to the next stage of their education journey.

Starting in EYFS, school ensures children are settled to succeed by delivering a high quality and inclusive education offer within a nurturing environment. We aim to provide the best start in life and work in close partnership with parents, carers and community to achieve high quality outcomes and personal development.
