We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Administration Officer to join our fantastic office team for 39 weeks a year (term time only plus INSET days). Hours of work will be 8.30 a.m. - 4.00 p.m.  

If you are able to demonstrate the following qualities, skills and experience, we would love to hear from you:-

  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a team approach
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Experience of working in a school environment desirable
  • Experience of SIMS preferable but training can be given
  • Ability to work confidentially and keep to deadlines

We are a very popular primary school in the heart of the Kings Hill community with 420 pupils and 60 children on roll in our Nursery.

The values of the school (Respect, Kindness, Cooperation, Courage, Resilience and Responsibility) are well embedded by children and staff. All staff are role models and staff value and respect each other.

Our school is set in 5 acres of fantastic grounds and our forward thinking approach and dedicated staff aim to provide the best education for all.

We have playing fields, wildlife and woodland areas, polytunnel, amphitheatre, netball court, football pitches, MUGA (Multi Use Games Area), all weather running track, impressive ICT suite, library, specialist music and art classroom, cookery room and a large indoor hall as well as a large adventure playground with a wide range of apparatus including a climbing wall.
