Administrative Assistant

 

KR 3 pro rata – 20 hours per week 39 weeks per year

Monday to Friday 10.00 – 2.00pm  

 

We are looking to appoint a well-organised, approachable person to step into our busy office. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as they will be working with pupils, parents, staff and visitors to school. The position will involve, amongst other things, greeting visitors, answering phones, photocopying, first aid, updating the School’s electronic calendar and emails.

Experience of working in a similar environment would be useful.  If you are forward thinking and able to work within a team, able to share good practice and with amazing ideas as well as being caring, innovative, approachable have a great sense of humour we would love to have you on our team! 

We are a friendly and supportive school who have high expectations of work and enjoyment of both children and staff.  We are extremely proud of our learning environment and our positive relationships with parents.  We have enthusiastic and effective support staff and dedicated governors.
