  • Holding the role of Data Protection Office to ensure the academy is data compliant and managing the MIS processes. 
  • Leading on school governance within the Academy, including undertaking the role of Clerk to Governors.
  • Preparation of confidential documents and reports.
  • Actively managing the Principal’s diary, organising appointments and meetings, to ensure effective time management and focus on priorities ensuring the Headteacher is aware of diary commitments.
  • Organising and managing meetings and filing systems, paper and electronic and booking the academy meeting rooms.
  • Minute taking at meetings, some of which may fall outside of the school day.
  • To assist with the marketing, organisation and running of whole school events.
  • Assisting with other administrative activities, as directed by the Business Manager, generally contributing to the smooth running of the academy
